This project is a detached house in Wanstead London, just 2 miles from the Olympic stadium. The property was a 1950’s house, poorly designed and purchased with the mind to turn the ‘worst house’ in the best street into a modern 5 double bedroom family dwelling of top quality. |

The work is ongoing and you can see the difference. A total makeover to give a classic Regency style appearance. A two storey rear extension, loft conversion and single storey side extension more then doubles the original floor space. High quality internal finishes are being fitted. Come back in a few weeks to view the finished job. |

This small factory was viewed by us for our client before it was purchased. The vendor had met with the local planning department and was advised that only two residential units would be possible. Therefore the vendor marketed it accordingly. We surveyed and advised our client that we could get 4 flats in the two storeys and if we could get a pitched roof, another pent house flat. We made two applications, one for the change of use and four flats, then another to gain a pitched roof with the penthouse. |

This is the result with a complete makeover, major structural works had to be carried out to allow the conversion internally. This building is now rented out by the client giving him a fantastic return for his investment. |

This is a design we are currently working on, we are to design a single storey rear extension with a vaulted roof light |

This is a house we were asked to redesign, our client purchased 'the worst house, in the best street'. The was a three bedroomed 1970s style house, which was poorly designed and out of keeping with the very expensive houses in the area. We consulted with him and came up with a design which was in keeping with the area and was approved and commended by planning. |

This is the house after the redesign, it was designed to look like a Tudor style property which is fairly typical, although unique itself, in this area. Our client now has a 5 double bedroomed, 3 bathroom, 2 ensuite, with 3 receptions and a large kitchen diner. |

|
This is a car sales site. Our client has commissioned us to design a block of flats to go onto this site. It is adjacent a listed Georgian Terrace and must be in keeping and reflect the heritage of that era. |
|

|
This is the re-design which has gone to planning. This is a 3D generated image, which gives an incredibly life-like representation, the client can now see what it will look like when it is built. This will give us a much better chance of gaining planning approval for what will be a superb small development on virtually worthless land. |
