We have been commissioned by a property development company to do the design and building regulations drawings for their new investment site. This is the site before re-development, we are to design a house to attach to the end of the existing terrace and put a loft conversion in the original house. This will more than double the original space and we are going to apply for another dwelling at the end of the garden after the construction as it is a corner plot.

We have been commissioned by a London banker to add a dormer to his new Penthouse flat at this dockland property. Consultations have been had with planning who are very positive to this design change which will revolutionise the internal space of the flat, giving high galleried ceilings.
