A building survey report is often quite a complicated document especially for someone with no technical knowledge. At Survey Design UK, we treat all our clients in the same manner. We carry out surveys for Architects, builders and the general public and explain fully our findings. We don't just send the report to you, we invite you in to our offices so that we can go through the report with you and explain what the defects are and what they mean in the context of the house and its future. We will show you photographs of the defects on one of our computers so you fully understand the problems.

A survey report can list a number of defects in a building but knowing which are major and are important to have put right urgently and which are minor and can be addressed over time can make the difference between a stress-free purchase and the type of nightmare that is often portrayed on our TV screens.
